Used it for transition from ceramic tile to peel and stick plank flooring. I did have to use two sided tape to get the side with no adhesive to stick, but I already knew that when I ordered it. Have had no issues with it staying down. Was easy to trim with scissors. Getting ready to buy another piece in gray for another threshold.I used it as a threshold from a concrete floor to carpet. Stuck down well, cut easily, & looks good.The adhesive is not very sticky .I used it for a doorway to hold down some flooring.Easy to do, I just wish it laid flat better, adhesive isn't super strong so will probably need to replace oftenWidth is perfect and very strong tape holds it in place.Not only was this easy to install, but it looks great. I had carpet slightly shredding at the threshold and this product overlaid the the little blemish. I will be ordering the longer strips for the larger thresholds now. Very happy I found this product.This transition piece was exactly what I needed to finish my project. The sticky part sticks to the tile and the nonsticky part covers cover the carpet. I used a scissor to cut the piece. It took me less than 3 minutes to install. So glad I found this piece on Amazon!I used this as edging for a mat in a high-traffic area that we were tripping on all the time. It seems to work well.
