Looks really nice, dressed up my patio nicelyJust know that you're getting 7 ft. 4", not 8 ft... difficult to separate the packaged strips, too..Need a chisel for the most part- which can scratch the paint.. WD-40 helps, or any lube spray shouldwork- makes this challenging before you even begin. But they are alum. - so that's a big plus- havethem all around my property now-aluminium stakes are ok for just dirt, any harder base material and you need to pre drill, or pound steel pin.joints dont line up from top piece to bottom piece, poor stamping quality. Way over priced,The product is exactly what I wanted , however when I reordered a larger quantity 80 ft. I didn’t get enough stakes to finish my project. Didn’t have the same problem with a smaller 40 ft. order. I called the manufacturer, here in my home state and had to buy 15 (minimum quantity) which added with shipping another $45 to my costs . I think the seller should make it obvious that additional stakes are required when ordering!Edging seems durable and easy to install with proper preparation. Stakes are stout and definitely enough to properly support and install strips. My main complaint is all 10 I ordered; I only needed 6; were stuck together and I had to pry them apart with alot of force. I scratched the paint off of most pieces and I was being as careful as possible. They almost looked like the stack strips prior to punching the cutouts and this results in the strips locking to each other. For the price they get for these I would expect some kind of paper or separator to reduce the risk of them sticking together.I rate a 2 for the headache of having to manually separate all the strips, I can only imagine how someone who had nothing invested but was paid to install these would treat them.I rate product quality at a 4.Overall I give them 3 stars.Where I am in TX, I could have installed stone border for less cost but many neighbors have recently done that and I don't like having the same as everyone else.Shipping speed was beyond slow; about 3 weeks...This arrived at my house with the box open. From what I can tell, everything was still in the box. And the pieces were stuck together by the pieces that you drive the stakes through. So it took a while to separate all of the pieces, and some of the edges are a little sharp, so it wasn't fun to do that. But everything goes together well, and I was able to bend the pieces at 90 degree angles when I needed to go around a corner. Overall, I'm pleased and I would buy it again, but I would not look forward to separating the pieces!The overlapping edges are a pain to work with and rarely come out looking decent. I wound up purchasing 2 "end stake adapters" for each section from the seller. I then cut off the overlap sections and used the "end stake adapters" to connect the sections.I purchased the black anodized version to match other edging on the property. If I wasn't trying to match colors with existing edging I would have selected the mill finish as ding and scratches would be less visible.As for the product, it is as described and the seller was easy to work with.This looked to be what i was looking for, and it WAS. I love the look of a streamline edge that this provided! We will replace all our plastic edging with this quality product!
